• Analytics and performance reporting
• CRM and marketing automation integrations

3. User Obligations

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration and use
• Maintain the security of your account credentials

4. Payment Terms

Payment for KryptosWave services is based on qualified leads delivered according to your selected pricing plan. Payment terms include:

• Charges are based on qualified leads as defined in your service agreement
• Invoices are generated monthly and payment is due within 30 days
• Late payments may result in service suspension
• Refunds are provided only in cases of service failure as defined in our SLA

5. Data Privacy and Security

We are committed to protecting your data and privacy:

• All data is encrypted in transit and at rest
• We comply with GDPR, CCPA, and other applicable privacy regulations
• Customer data is never shared with third parties without explicit consent
• You retain ownership of all data provided to our platform

6. Service Level Agreement

KryptosWave commits to:

• 99.9% platform uptime excluding scheduled maintenance
• Lead delivery within agreed timeframes
• Response to support requests within 24 hours during business days
• Monthly performance reporting and optimization recommendations

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in our platform, algorithms, and proprietary technology remain with KryptosWave. Users are granted a limited license to use our services according to these terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

KryptosWave's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you will receive all data in a standard format and access to the platform will be discontinued.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Texas, United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in El Paso, Texas.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email and continued use constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
